two sites or applications are exactly alike.
Your Vacutech representative endeavors to understand your needs
and work with the factory to build a system that will meet your
requirements for performance, quality and economy.
Why is a pre-engineered system important?
All other building industries including plumbing, mechanical,
electrical, structural disciplines provide engineered systems
for maximized performance and economy. Vacuum, especially central
vacuum, is no different in that simple horsepower and number of
hoses is not sufficient to arrive at the optimum performance and
reliability of a system. Considerations such as the type/mass
of material being moved, wet/dry, altitude, hours of operation,
distance from the turbine to last user, maximum use factor, electrical
constraints, above ground or below ground, pipe sizing, clean
outs, etc. should all be factored into the design of the system.
Your representative is trained by the factory to understand the
key design requirements and see that these issues are addressed
in your equipment and installation specifications.
Vacutech has factory engineers that have spent over 50 years
designing and implementing central vacuum systems. Our design
department is fully trained in AutoCAD and is available to you
and/or your manufacturer's representative in order to provide
your architect and/or contractor a full set of engineered drawings
of your vacuum system for your specific site. |
